Mr. Thomas Sexton Logan

Mr. Logan began working with the Sulphur High School Golden Tornado Marching Band’s color guard in the spring of 2015.  Since then, he has served as instructor, designer, and choreographer for the Golden Tornado Color Guard and the winter guard teams.  Under Mr. Logan’s leadership, the color guard and winter guard teams have competed with award winning programs across the state of Louisiana.  He has also worked as a woodwind and clarinet specialist with all the band programs.  Beginning in 2020, Mr. Logan began his career as a Jobs for America’s Graduates specialist.  He enjoys using his unique experiences to educate his students on the realities of their future work lives and helping them to reach their highest potential.

Outside of working at Sulphur High School, Mr. Logan works as a color guard choreographer and clinician and as a private lesson instructor for clarinet.  He is the assistant color guard instructor for the Pride of McNeese Marching band.  He graduated from McNeese State University with a bachelor’s degree in music in 2017.
